Terms & Conditions

CertPrep is a division of Plug and Pray (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa. These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Plug and Pray (Pty) Ltd trading as CertPrep.

CertPrep is an independent online study tool for the Cisco CCNA 200-301 exam. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cisco Systems, Inc. CCNA is a trademark of Cisco Systems, Inc.

The service provides exam-style questions, subnetting drills, AI explanations and usage tracking for study purposes only. It does not guarantee exam success or a passing score.

Access is controlled by the administrator. You may request an account, but the account is only created once the request is approved. The administrator may refuse or remove any account at any time.

You must keep your password secure and not share your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect misuse, change your password immediately and contact us.

The Pro plan is billed at R100 per month unless otherwise agreed with the administrator. This is a prepaid subscription. Payment is arranged directly with the administrator after your account is approved.

Billing cycle. Between the 25th and the 29th of each month you will receive an email containing your payment link and invoice details for the following month of service.

Late payment. Payment is due by the 7th of the month. If payment is not received by the 7th, a late fee of R50 is added to your account. If payment is still not received by the 10th, your account is deactivated until the outstanding amount and late fee are settled.

Deactivated accounts keep their data for a reasonable period, but continued non-payment may result in permanent removal of the account. No credit card details are stored inside the application.

The Pro plan includes 300,000 AI tokens per month. Tokens are consumed when you click the Ask AI button on a question or subnetting drill. Practising questions and subnetting drills does not consume tokens.

Unused monthly tokens do not roll over. If you run out of tokens, you can request an add-on pack or wait until your monthly allocation resets. The administrator may adjust your monthly limit at any time.

Ask AI is provided by an external AI provider (OpenAI). Token counts are approximate and the final count used by the provider may differ slightly from what is displayed in your profile.

Because the service gives immediate access to the full question bank and the AI tutor, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting the administrator. Your account will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for, unless the administrator decides otherwise.

If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, we may, at our discretion, extend your access or offer a credit.

You agree not to:

• share your account or password with anyone else;
• copy, scrape, redistribute or resell the question bank or any content;
• use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the app;
• reverse-engineer, tamper with or try to bypass security features;
• use Ask AI to generate harmful, illegal or infringing content;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All content, code, design, questions, explanations, branding and marketing materials on CertPrep belong to Plug and Pray (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own study. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit the content.

CertPrep is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by South African law, Plug and Pray (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost study time, or exam failure.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plug and Pray (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages or costs arising from your use of the service, your account, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms, the pricing, features or credit limits at any time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice inside the app. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of South Africa.

By signing in or requesting an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
